The Miami Dolphins are a storied franchise. The only undefeated season in the Super Bowl era. From Bob Griese to Dan Marino to Tua Tagovailoa. From Don Shula to Mike McDaniel, and everyone in between.
Injuries derailed a promising start to the season, but there’s always next year. First things first. The hunt for a defensive coordinator is underway. One candidate of note is Chris Kiffin whose family has been in the business for years.
Kyle Crabbs has a good in-depth video on the subject on Locked On Dolphins. In it he mentions Leslie Frazier who brings valuable experience, scheme diversity, and X’s, and O’s acumen according to Crabbs. Also mentioned is Brandon Staley who was good with the Rams, but they had Aaron Donald.
His coaching career took a downturn with the Chargers. Some others in play are Ryan Slowik, and Anthony Campanile who both currently coach the teams linebackers. They also plan to interview Anthony Weaver from the Ravens. Time will tell, and I will provide updates.
